Benjamin Niehoff

Ben has worked as an attorney in Bloomington, Indiana for over sixteen years. Ben’s primary practice is in family law. He is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem, and is trained as a Collaborative Law Practitioner. Ben has a substantial civil practice as well. Ben works frequently with landlords, both residential and commercial, and in probate and trust contests. Ben has extensive litigation experience including appellate work. Ben is the director of our litigation services.
