Office Operation Changes

We hope you and your family are staying healthy and upbeat during these challenging times. This global health pandemic is impacting all of us, but we will get through this by helping and supporting one another and working together.

We wanted to reach out with a few important business updates and most importantly to let you know that we remain available to talk or meet about your legal work, should that be necessary. We are maintaining our normal business hours and your current projects are moving forward.

Since the inception of our office, as many of you may know, we have invested significant assets into technology and systems to work remotely. In addition, we have taken steps during the last two weeks, to purchase the necessary equipment so that each of us has a fully functional home office. We will be taking advantage of this technology and equipment in the upcoming weeks. All of us will be working remotely and minimizing trips to the office. During this time, please leave a voicemail or send an email. We will respond promptly.

We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus situation, communicating with other business leaders, listening to the experts, and following the procedures set forth in our business continuity plan. We have implemented the following changes to our operations, effective immediately:

  • We will meet with clients by telephone, conference call, or video conferencing.

  • Our office will continue to be open from 8:30 am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with at least one member of our team onsite to ensure paperwork, mail, and other business items can be received and processed. Please note that most communication will be sent through email and we can electronically file most documents including Court filings during this time.

  • If you call and are unable to reach anyone in person, please leave a message. Our office phone extensions will automatically connect to our home offices. Voicemail messages are sent to us as emails.

If you are coming to the office for an appointment, know that we are regularly sanitizing our office, diligently washing our hands, cleaning the conference rooms after every meeting, cleaning our workspace, and keeping a very close eye on our own wellness. We are practicing safe social distancing. If any member of our team is not feeling well, or suspects potential exposure to the virus, they have committed to isolate themselves at home.

These operational changes will be in effect until further notice. We will keep you informed by email, Facebook, and our website blog page.

We are here to help you and your family through this difficult time and will continue working on your on-going projects. Please reach out to us if you need us.

Sincerely,
Slotegraaf Niehoff PC
