Collaborative Law Training

Dispute resolution can take many forms such a litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Slotegraaf Niehoff PC is proud to announce that attorneys Kristin Garner and Eric Slotegraaf recently completed their training in Collaborative Law with the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals. Collaborative law is a dispute resolution method of practicing law which is focused on cooperation as opposed to adversarial litigation and requires an upfront commitment of the parties and attorneys to the settlement process.

If you have questions about Collaborative Law or wish to pursue a Collaborative approach to a dispute, please contact the attorneys at Slotegraaf Niehoff, P.C. We also encourage you to visit the Bloomington Collaborative website for additional information about the Collaborative approach to dispute resolution.
